2. £ 5 Cash Back is valid when a customer buys currencies worth £ 750 and over, accompanied by Currency Exchange Promotional leaflet – CEP 2012.

3. Currency Exchange Promotion 2012 is valid for individual customers only, Corporates and Bureau de Change companies are excluded from the promotion.

4. Mentioned Offer is valid only at UAE Exchange Branches in the UK.

5. Only one currency exchange transaction is valid per promotional leaflet – CEP 2012.

6. UAE Exchange reserves the right to create, amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time during the campaign period, without any prior notice; all such changes will be notified through our UK Branches and www.uaeexchange/uk In case the campaign/offer is made void at a future date under any law, UAE Exchange shall not be liable to provide any free gift(s) and/or compensation to the participants.

7. All disputes arising or in connection with this Campaign are subject to the Laws of England and Wales. The decision of UAE Exchange on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to any dispute/controversy arising out of this Campaign) shall be final and binding.

8. UAE Exchange staff members / Employees of associate companies and their relatives are not eligible to participate in Currency Exchange Promotion 2012.

10. Currency Exchange rates will be the rates displayed in the branches.
