Oman UAE Exchange recently celebrated the Customer Service Week. This Customer Service Week celebration took place in Oman in coordination with the associate brand ‘UAE Exchange’ which commemorated the event in over 30 countries where it has a presence.
The support teams from the head office visited all 39 outlets of the company in Oman to meet and listen to the customers and the front line staff members. The branches were decorated, staff members were rewarded and loyal customers were patronised for their long term association with the company.
